Do not use this company. They keep adding fees and you will never be able to pay it off. I have filed a complaint with our state's attorney general in ********* and I recommend people that have been robbed by this company to do the same.

i set up with time payments their agent told me no personal guarantee and i did no sign it now they hit my credit for missed payment I sent them the text from the agent saying i did not agree to sign this letter and that wasn't my signature crazy they forage my signature and try to make me look like the bad guy i only had them for 2-3 weeks before i found out and cancelled their service dont deal with these guys

company is a complete joke! we need to start a class action suite to shut them down. payment price goes up every month. when you call them they will tell you to go f*** yourself and if you have a problem with what they are doing they will destroy your credit and are proud of it. there is a special place in h*** for these people. when you try to pay off early they just multiply payments time months and then add ******* to it payoff was double purchase price. f you time payment straight to h*** im now going to copy your review... read more

Predator shark loans beware of this scammers,The company I acquired the equipment put me with a broker that did sold me a lease as no interest, when the lease period was finished the equipment was mine, never told me that if I did not put insurance they were going to charge damage and loses amount of 50$ for the remaining of the contract even if I paid the remaining of the lease, also they ad 3 months after is paid if I want to keep the equipment, I have paid 1600$ for and equipment that was 3700$ and they said I still owe 4... read more

Do NO business with TimePayment nor any business that will involve TimePayment as a partner. It's unbelievable how what must be a fly-by-night company has duped so many people into thinking they are a legitimate business. Their only focus is to get you sign a contract that will lock you into equipment they don't even have the ability to fix, service, or help set up. Oh where to start and see I am in good company. In short, every one of us know now to stay away from this company. They should be put under federal investigation for fraud. Hopefully someone does something about these crooks and they get shut down!

When purchased wheel chair, it was $1598. I financed it for 4 years with a total of $2825.69. Called today,m7/13/23, to get a pay off and was told $2395.88. I figure the pay off should be $1600-$1700. They want us to pay all of the interest through 4 years and that should not be when you are paying off early.

I keep being charged late fees when I am set up for automatic payments. After reading all of these reviews I will be looking into a different way to finance my equipment.

The absolute most crooked bunch of lowlife scammers I've ever had the displeasure of being forced to deal with!After I paid off a piece of equipment with them. 3 months later after receiving payoff verification AND TITLE they called me and said that my payoff was returned due to insufficient funds. Good thing I have the title!Run as fast as you can from these crooks!!!
