To date, I have been with this company 2.5 years. In this time, I was on auto pay. Apx 6 months ago I was contacted telling me my payment had not been made. I called and was informed my card had been declined. After calling the bank to verify it indeed worked i called back and told them there should be no problem. Looking over all the reviews, It doesnt seem that people are taking care of. We are all being ripped off from this company. I make a payment they double my payment on my credit card. Ive been paying on this machine for over 2 years it should be more than paid off. But they keep charging me over and over. But nothing seems to be done. They get away with sucking the blood out of everybody that has a loan with them!!!Time payment is definitely the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 63 years. Scum. Complete scum! The fees for EVERYTHING are ridiculous. They charge a $10 monthly statement fee! They charge fees to process sales tax each month. They charge a late fee even when payment is made on time via online customer portal. DO NOT USE ********************!!! Vendors should not allow customers to lease through Timepayment. Crooks! Scum! Fraud! Should be illegal to exist.

absolute thieves.. was told verbally whatever they needed to say to get me into a ridiculous contract that has been the worst decision of my life... Within their 3 page contract they manage to put in about a bibles worth of rules and regulations.. They do not care at all about their customer, they only care about their dollar... I'd give this company a 1/4 star if the system would let me.TimePayment is all about squeezing as many fees out of a small business as possible. The following is only the top 3 issues I have with using this company 1. Setting up auto pay can only be on a direct connection to your bank account and not via a check card or credit card without additional fees.2. I was concerned and suspected it was fraudulent, someone may have used my information to lease equipment from this company. Do Not Lease from Time Payment . They lie, they are crooks and don't tell you the truth about leasing terms. I have met my obligation and paid in full along with current buyout of the equipment. A letter was mail to me for the final payments of $1074.76. Mailed 2 checks on 12-29-21 for $500 and another one 01-08-22 for $574.76. Received an invoice on 02-04-22 for $108.54. Purchased **** dollars worth of tools using this company. When I explained I only needed payments for couple months then would pay off, assured me no issues with early pay off but forgot to mention they would still charge full sum of terms so my tools now cost me over **** dollars in less than 3 months. They misrepresented themselves say one thing and have you sign another. Be wary of predatory companies like this and read every word before signing do not trust anything they say great sells people.

I don't know how this company has an A+ rating with the BBB and a 1 start rating from 140 reviews but go with the reviews. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with, and I'm not exaggerating; I mean the WORST.
