****** T.I received a Privacy Notice from TimePayment (********) but i have never done any business with them. I was concerned and suspected it was fraudulent, someone may have used my information to lease equipment from this company. I called and gave them some kind of number (********) and provide them with my personal identification information. They were not helpful or provide me with any information to help me figure out what were leased recently under my name/account without my knowledge and authorization. They did not ... read more

Do Not Lease from Time Payment . They lie, they are crooks and don't tell you the truth about leasing terms. I have met my obligation and paid in full along with current buyout of the equipment. A letter was mail to me for the final payments of $1074.76. Mailed 2 checks on 12-29-21 for $500 and another one 01-08-22 for $574.76. Received an invoice on 02-04-22 for $108.54. Contacted them and their reply was I still owed the $108.54. I decided to pay it, because I am 75 years old and don't want to deal with these crooks, but r... read more

Purchased **** dollars worth of tools using this company. When I explained I only needed payments for couple months then would pay off, assured me no issues with early pay off but forgot to mention they would still charge full sum of terms so my tools now cost me over **** dollars in less than 3 months. They misrepresented themselves say one thing and have you sign another. Be wary of predatory companies like this and read every word before signing do not trust anything they say great sells people.

I don't know how this company has an A+ rating with the BBB and a 1 start rating from 140 reviews but go with the reviews. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with, and I'm not exaggerating; I mean the WORST. I just got done writing a six page answer to their law suit against me, so I'm a bit tired of complaining about them, so I'll give the bullet points:They represented the deal as a purchase when it was actually a lease. The eight-page contract I signed somehow grew four extra pages that had initials that look nothin... read more

First, I want to note that I don't think they did anything illegal. And, if you don't mind signing away all your legal rights as a business owner, they got you covered - 100%. Because you have NO rights after you sign their agreement. So I blame myself for not reading the agreement word for word. But, when you ask a company if there is anything that can be done because your business is failing (my case was due to lack of employees) and the response in so many words is "NO" it kind of leaves that sickening feeling that you're... read more

We are so disappointed with this company. We started a loan with Currency and somewhere down the line it was sold to Timepayment. No warning, no reason, our payments were automatically withdrawn from our checking account. So in one month payment went from ****** to ******, with no warning. When I finally got a hold of someone (Not IN the USA), they said this was due to taxes, when we purchased trailer we were tax exempt, it was considered a token trailer. We leased the trailer to Landstar, and they put apportionment tags on ... read more

an extra $13 every month for 3 years to pay for a paper **** to be mailed to me which I begged numerous times for them to stop sending me. They said I needed to set up my auto-pay, to which I explained that I have tried this numerous times over the years and they admitted that they could see and didn't understand why it never took effect. This alone caused me to over pay for my equipment. Way to help new companies who are already struggling!!!!! Scammers through and through.

When I bought my cargo trailer in 2018 I financed it through ******* ******************** The loan has since changed hands and is now with Time Payment Corp. As soon as they took over the loan they started charging me $20 more a month without ever even letting me know why. When I called to find out what was going on I was told that the increase was for taxes that they charge. I explained that when I bought the trailer I had a fixed payment. The first person I talked with stated that they saw that and they would fix the issue... read more
