I am very confused! I thought I was leasing to own after but $1000 down on 2 bounce houses. Received a letter last week saying I I can return, lease monthly or pay more money!!! This is BS and crazy. Well I bought equipment from *********** and it was only $5,000 and then I received a **** from TimePayment for $11,000 as well. I just noticed it as I'm was about to make my final payment and it still shows that I owe $5,000 more. I also noticed that it was never put on my credit until after I was under $5,000 to make it look as if the loan was really only that. How can this be fixed?"

I am a disabled veteran who has had to dissolve my business at the beginning of the pandemic and have been contacting Timepayment since then to let them know I have lost everything. They charge over 200% of the value of the equipment in interest and will not allow any grievance. No programs set in place to assist their customers. Timepayment is a horrible leasing company. When you purchase equipment, you never know what finance company they are going to use. My little business got stuck with time Payment **** and with them you HAVE to read the fine print first, but that is not an option when you have to pay them back for the equipment. The furniture we purchased from a hair supplier in GA who uses TimePayment **** for financing and we got stuck paying and additional $1900 for the equipment when the loan was paid off to Time Payment Corp. Time payment is a horrible company to do business with. They are always trying to find ways to charge additional fees to your account. When you call the support line, they have no answers. ** NOT USE **** COMPANY!!! this is a rip off and a scam company,i read some of the complaints here and had same exp.I took gps equipment from ******* thinking group and they made me sign another contract stating that time payment is their finance company.Gps stopped working and they forced me to pay all 5 years no matter what .I paid of equipment but now time payment is asking to ship it to them !!!!!Do not use because even after you pay lease off they will not let u go !!!!!!!!!!!

We obtained a security system from the company in March of 2017 sold the home and were moving out July 2020 (in the middle of a pandemic) called to cancel the service. We were told that the contract was not going to be cancelled but we could submit the document so that when the contract term ended we would not be charged we submitted said document only for them to tell us the signature was not accepted and they needed us to jump through multiple other hoops (after 3 phone calls to the vendor and time payment, 2 emails, and c... read more
