Timepayment is a horrible leasing company. When you purchase equipment, you never know what finance company they are going to use. My little business got stuck with time Payment **** and with them you HAVE to read the fine print first, but that is not an option when you have to pay them back for the equipment. Make sure you read everything you will agree to before signing because they are most definitely over charging. My equipment for my business was $5,000 and I now have to pay $11,000! This is a legal ****! READ ALL *** **** PRINT! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ****!

Time payment is a horrible company to do business with. They are always trying to find ways to charge additional fees to your account. When you call the support line, they have no answers. ** NOT USE **** COMPANY!!! This morning I check my account to find that I have random convenience fee on my account for not utilizing a debit card. Pretty sure I have had the same debit card on my account since I started. this is a rip off and a scam company,i read some of the complaints here and had same exp.I took gps equipment from ******* thinking group and they made me sign another contract stating that time payment is their finance company.Gps stopped working and they forced me to pay all 5 years no matter what .I paid of equipment but now time payment is asking to ship it to them !!!!!Do not use because even after you pay lease off they will not let u go !!!!!!!!!!!

We obtained a security system from the company in March of 2017 sold the home and were moving out July 2020 (in the middle of a pandemic) called to cancel the service. We were told that the contract was not going to be cancelled but we could submit the document so that when the contract term ended we would not be charged we submitted said document only for them to tell us the signature was not accepted and they needed us to jump through multiple other hoops (after 3 phone calls to the vendor and time payment, 2 emails, and c... read more

I applied for business credit and their response for my denial was that I was not in enough debt. Not that my credit score was bad, because its not, not that I didn't make enough money, because I do, not that my business is too young but because I was not in enough debt. I believe this company is full of loan sharks. They prey on companies who are already close to failing. Be warned, there is a reason why they have 1 star on BBB."

This company is not customer friendly and after five years of paying monthly payments on time, even through a ************** and they had the nerve to misinform our ********* of our firm that additional monies were to be paid or the equipment would be sent back. The ********* sent back the equipment back and they still asked for additional fees. This company is a rip off. Signed up for a no contract phone and internet service. They said I had to sign additional paperwork with *********** in order to collect payment for the equipment rental. I was assured by ************** that there were no cancelation fees and this was just standard paperwork. It's all a scam to make you pay a lot of money over 5 year contract for equipment that is equal to 2 months of rental payments. I received documents related to an application including an application number from *****************. in the mail. I had never applied for their services. I called 4 or 5 times and asked to leave a call back number and ZERO call backs. I finally got through and asked for information on this application thinking someone had applied under my name.
