As stated by others this company and their credit card processing agents (LGP Services and Royalty Merchant Solutions are predatory. Was lead to believe I was only paying ***** a month for credit card processing equipment. after receiving back the contracts (one that was manipulated and another that was totally fraudulent) showed that I signed a contract for $199.00 a month for 48 months $9552.00 for credit card processing equipment (come on). I honestly have no idea how they are getting away with everything they get away with, They arent on ****** for you to leave a review but, they claim it on there site. They lie about everything even when you have the solid proof. If anyone wants to do a class action lawsuit with them I will join in. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I can't believe this company has only received 80 complaints on this site.From the beginning when the agent who referred me to finance a piece of equipment using TPC who "suddenly" was unavailable to ************* after my concerns, to their legal department who blahblahblahers and the phone agents who repeat scripts- you can expect to lose money unexpectedly. This company is a ripoff. Total rip-off. I have been paying for equipment for 4 years. And now they say to own it I have to pay what they call Fair market price By the time I am done I would have paid almost triple the amount. The taxes and fees a month are also ridiculous. Do not use them they are a ripoff..
This company sold me faulty equipment. When I wanted it repairs they told me the issues were not covered. Then when I wanted to return the equipment and terminate the least they told me that my credit would suffer the consequences and that they would seek all legal means to get paid. I continued to pay for the inoperable equipment for three years, can't wait to get them off my back. I Will never do business with them again.
A predatory company that has no options whatsoever for financial hardship. No listing of the interest rate which is upward of 50 percent. Harassment by phone, text, and paper mail. if your payment is late. Plus a $50.00 late fee. The website is horrible and does not function properly. This should not be an accredited business with an A rating. Look at their reviews, they are a strategic predator. Yes they may not be doing anything illegal (questionable) but they definitely have poor intentions and are built to take advantage of their customers. SCAM company. I've submitted insurance for my business equipment since my contract began and have been charged EVERY MONTH for "additional insurance" throigh their company. Which is a difference of about $30 a MONTH from what I actually owe. Their website doesn't work, they do NOT answer phone calls, unless you call the collection department to make a payment... once they transfer you you get "disconnected". Emails sent to the contact info link in their website are all sent back.
