I'm sure you don't deserve not even ONE STAR. You lie all the time. It's true that your contract says "Non-Cancelable Commercial Equipment Lease Agreement" buy everyone wants to pay the total amount before ending it and in my case when I have called to your customer service asking the payoff your "kind" representatives, who are well trained to explain whatever you want the customers to listen less to resolve our issues, the only answers have been that the payoff would be sent to my email. This company really scams the hard working men. I don't understand how if you lease 8k worth of equipment the charge you over 8k in charges that they won't itemize because it's a lease and not a loan. Why are we being double taxed on our payments? Why are we also being charged property tax from my county? Will be contacting my county office, state, government, and international revenue services to file complaints. A total scam! For an $8000 loan, I have to make $400 payments for 4 years then almost $3,000 at the end!! What??? Or $400 payments for the rest of my life.

As stated by others this company and their credit card processing agents (LGP Services and Royalty Merchant Solutions are predatory. Was lead to believe I was only paying ***** a month for credit card processing equipment. after receiving back the contracts (one that was manipulated and another that was totally fraudulent) showed that I signed a contract for $199.00 a month for 48 months $9552.00 for credit card processing equipment (come on). I honestly have no idea how they are getting away with everything they get away with, They arent on ****** for you to leave a review but, they claim it on there site. They lie about everything even when you have the solid proof. If anyone wants to do a class action lawsuit with them I will join in. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I can't believe this company has only received 80 complaints on this site.From the beginning when the agent who referred me to finance a piece of equipment using TPC who "suddenly" was unavailable to ************* after my concerns, to their legal department who blahblahblahers and the phone agents who repeat scripts- you can expect to lose money unexpectedly. This company is a ripoff. Total rip-off. I have been paying for equipment for 4 years. And now they say to own it I have to pay what they call Fair market price By the time I am done I would have paid almost triple the amount. The taxes and fees a month are also ridiculous. Do not use them they are a ripoff..

This company sold me faulty equipment. When I wanted it repairs they told me the issues were not covered. Then when I wanted to return the equipment and terminate the least they told me that my credit would suffer the consequences and that they would seek all legal means to get paid. I continued to pay for the inoperable equipment for three years, can't wait to get them off my back. I Will never do business with them again.
