When I bought my cargo trailer in 2018 I financed it through ******* ******************** The loan has since changed hands and is now with Time Payment Corp. As soon as they took over the loan they started charging me $20 more a month without ever even letting me know why. When I called to find out what was going on I was told that the increase was for taxes that they charge. I explained that when I bought the trailer I had a fixed payment. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.You can never get a detailed listing of what is owed/ finance charges . Ive sent email after email requesting this , because the numbers dont quite add up.NO RESPONSE.Do not use if you can help it!

We have used Timepayment to lease equipment several times. Always paid on time, and sometime early. Never had any issues with them. Until now.Wanted to lease an ice machine, the company that we were going to purchase from, uses Quick Spark, same company.Was told getting the ice machine should be no problem, Sent all of the required documents; again, because apparently they weren't on file. TimePayment is one of the worst companys we have ever dealt with. The equipment that was leased (for 60 payments) was completed this month. During the past five years, alll the computers crashed and the printers are so old they dont Work with the new replacements we were forced to purchase. The software is outdated and some has been replaced. With these issues we still had to continue to pay a leasing fee. Was told our entire package could not be divided. I made 15 on time payments for merchandise I never received. They would not help and did i never received what I purchased, but refused to stop sending me invoices and put it as delinquent on my credit report.

I am very confused! I thought I was leasing to own after but $1000 down on 2 bounce houses. Received a letter last week saying I I can return, lease monthly or pay more money!!! This is BS and crazy. They already mad double of what was loaned too me. And I thought I was going through Quick Spark but maybe they are the same. I need help. COVID didnt help business. THIS COMPANY GRANTED A ********* LOAN AND SIGNED MY NAME TO THE LOAN. I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY AFTER THEY TOOK 114 POINTS OFF MY CREDIT SCORE ONJUNE 8TH SO WITHIN 6 DAYS AFTER I CALLED THEM IT WAS BACK ON MY CREDIT SCORE THEN JULY 18 THEY DROPPED MY CREDIT SCORE BACK DOWN BY 84 POINTS. OVER SOMETHING I DID NOT SIGN FOR I AM A 77 YEAR OLD WIDOW SO WHY WOULD I SIGN A ********* LOAN FOR A DEAD BEAT. Well I bought equipment from *********** and it was only $5,000 and then I received a **** from TimePayment for $11,000 as well. I just noticed it as I'm was about to make my final payment and it still shows that I owe $5,000 more. I also noticed that it was never put on my credit until after I was under $5,000 to make it look as if the loan was really only that. How can this be fixed?"

Please allow for less than 0 stars. These crooks are loan sharks. I am a disabled veteran who has had to dissolve my business at the beginning of the pandemic and have been contacting Timepayment since then to let them know I have lost everything. They charge over 200% of the value of the equipment in interest and will not allow any grievance. No programs set in place to assist their customers.
