I have been taken advantage of by this company. I leased a piece of restaurant equipment that was $2000, after paying over $12,000 the company is still saying I owe more. I am very upset and haven’t heard anything back.

I am a Pastor/minister. I have purchased a tent from a company which used ********** ********* to finance products. The tent is used for gospel ministry. I received letter information from time payment Corp. That they was handling the account. At the beginning of the shut down In March 2020 I called and stated because of this I would be unable to pay the payment for that month. I was told by the representative to go get a loan. Basically all that's been said. Misrepresentation and the company pushing them is no better. Horrible to do business with and customer service us a joke. Just waiting till I'm done with them. Question to the Better Business Bureau how after only negative reviews are the A+ rated. Might want to change that.

I will never do business with any business that uses Time Payment Corp. again. My debit card expired so I called to give them my new exp. date so my card could be charged. i asked if there would be any late fees assessed to my account as I was late getting them my new information. I was assured no late fees would be assessed. Well the next billing cycle they charged my $30 more on my payment. My company has been forced to close due to the COVID-19 and I approached Time Payment to hopefully come to an agreement on how to settle the debt. The amount they are asking for is more than double what the assets are even worth. The unwillingness to negotiate and come to an agreement when I could loose more than just my business is astounding. Wish I could give a zero star or negative star rating.

We have paid off our ***** **** ***** ********** system, for an outrageous amount of money, over 60 months, and Time Payment is still trying to squeeze another $311 out of us. First of all, our Lease was with ***** ****, not Time Payment, who they use for financing. ***** **** picked them, not us. I just off the phone AGAIN with an extremely rude, so called supervisor. If there was a negative star they deserve it worst place in the world you can’t back out of a contract even after a week you can’t pay it off sooner to save yourself money and at the end of the contract they want more money they want you to pay fair market value what the hell its a horrible business

would give zero stars if possible! absolute joke of a company! had a regional rep sell me a piece of equipment through them and what a mistake! ended it up costing me 4x the original purchase price. company should be shut down due to horrible business practices

This company "Timepayment" or "Signpay", is the worst. The rep told me to just hurry and do the docsign and i could review everything later with not problems. When i told her a week later that i read the contract and felt she misrepresented what i had signed...like the contract was for 57 months NOT 24 months of payments to them, and the date i signed it was in Feb 2020 NOT Dec 2019! And i changed my mind about going with them. She then said "well, its too late", leading me to believe that i had to stay with contract, though... read more
