Requesting Service was very smooth and easy. Had lots of questions about add ons and reassessments that were answered in the spot as well. Great team that schedules the inspections and great team for after the inspections that follow up to make sure you have everything about the inspection and to go over any benefits too. 11/10 would recommend.
They were very quick and efficient at getting the inspection done. They included a very detail report with photos and helped answer any questions we had regarding the property
My wife and I are purchasing our first home. The process can certainly be intimidating but after researching online for the best inspection company in Travis County, I found TLC. Amanda was wonderful on the follow up call and gave me a lot of useful information. My inspector also provided my report in a timely manner.
Great service ! Amanda was very kind and provided a lot of information, made sure to ask if we had any questions. As for our inspector he did an amazing job and answered all my questions. He was very patient with our complications and checked the home extremely thoroughly.
The scheduling, pricing, inspection and the final report was all great. Kevin was our inspector and he explained all the deficiencies thoroughly.
Pat was punctual, thorough, and communicative. He performed an excellent inspection. I would not hesitate to hire again.
