8/23/2025 need to add another AWESOME review for TLC and technician ***** **************** I had a leak in my furnace/water heater closet and thought it was coming from the ceiling. Come to find out it was the water heater expansion tank and ***** was able to diagnose and complete the replacement/repairs in no time. Very professional, thorough in his work and in explaining the process. Thank you!
The technician that came on the service call was very courteous and knowledgeable. He analyzed the issue and had it resolved within minimal time.
******** figured out issue in 5 minutes and fixed it. He was prompt and nice and a true expert at his job. *** got someone out here within 2 hours of us calling them which is wonderful in this day and age. Excellent customer service all the way around. It was expensive however.
Tlc (********) very responsive and efficient in evaluating after hours and replacing the next day our leaking hot water heater and then quickly addressing minor inspector findings. Also polite and explained everything well thank you!
