******** figured out issue in 5 minutes and fixed it. He was prompt and nice and a true expert at his job. *** got someone out here within 2 hours of us calling them which is wonderful in this day and age. Excellent customer service all the way around. It was expensive however.
Tlc (********) very responsive and efficient in evaluating after hours and replacing the next day our leaking hot water heater and then quickly addressing minor inspector findings. Also polite and explained everything well thank you!
