My refrigerated air conditioner was not cooling and called *** since they did the install last year (2025). They came out within 2 hours and this was after hours. The issue was found but no repairs could be made until the following day. Next day came, however, ** was working again. Go figure. However, a week later the problem came back. I texted the technician and he got back to me within an hour. Keep in mind this was over the Memorial day weekend. We have been customers of *** for over three years (and two houses) and I am consistently impressed by how friendly and knowledgeable the employees are, and how reasonably priced the work is. It's not the cheapest in the city, but I trust their work and I've seen it hold up over time (more than I can say for some of the cheaper options). ***** from *** did my cooler start up today. He arrived promptly and was courteous and efficient. He did not complete the visit until he had confirmed that his work was completed properly and I had no further questions. I have used *** for years and I have always been very satisfied with their service.

I’ve been a customer of TLC for many years. It doesn’t matter what issue I have, whether it’s HVAC, plumbing, electrical, after hour emergencies, water heater or swamp cooler replacements, etc., their service is always prompt, excellent, and with special attention towards working within my budget. Water heater died at 11AM. **** was out to check it out within two hours. Was able to get me a replacement installed the same day. By evening I was enjoying a hot shower. No phone tag, no **. Just got it done. Maybe not the cheapest, but getting it done right and in a timely and professional manner is more important to me. Thanks!
