***** showed up at the appointment time went to work right away explained how he would do the job and made sure it was what I needed done. Was very clean and tidy no mess to clean up when the work was completed. The next time I need work done I will ask for ******* ****** to be my service man!
Consistently one of the best customer service experiences in town. I have used them for electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, and, more recently, duct cleaning. Their techs arrive when they say they will, are polite and professional, discuss your needs beforehand, and repair/fix/clean the problem. Plus they guarantee their work. Ive had both a drain tech, ******* ******, and a plumber, **** *****, from ***, out in the last two days. I wouldnt call anyone else anymore. ******* found the actual issue in the drain which had nothing to do with a clogged pipe. He was patient enough to allow me to thoroughly clean the plug, and then took out the plug in the other sink for me to clean. Good eye contact, patient and polite, pleasant and accommodating. **** replaced a ballast and installed a new light in our shower. He was friendly and vey professional. He cleaned everything up when he was done. And he talked to us throughout the installation.
