I have used *** for years. Last fall they replaced my hot water heater, so I got a quote for my whole HVAC system. Other places I called didn't get back to me, so *** did the job, and they also replaced my garbage disposal, and did some electrical work. I dealt with many of their contractors, and found them overall courteous, timely, and helpful, especially *****, who gave me the quote, and the licensed electrician who found and fixed electrical errors made by previous people. My refrigerated air conditioner was not cooling and called *** since they did the install last year (2025). They came out within 2 hours and this was after hours. The issue was found but no repairs could be made until the following day. Next day came, however, ** was working again. Go figure. However, a week later the problem came back. I texted the technician and he got back to me within an hour. Keep in mind this was over the Memorial day weekend. We have been customers of *** for over three years (and two houses) and I am consistently impressed by how friendly and knowledgeable the employees are, and how reasonably priced the work is. It's not the cheapest in the city, but I trust their work and I've seen it hold up over time (more than I can say for some of the cheaper options). Was having an issue with our air conditioner. Called TLCand requested for ******* *****. He is the most efficient person I think we know. Incredibly polite, knowledgeable and very professional. Highly recommend this company and *******. We wouldn't use anyone else.
