I called ******** at *** today to schedule service on our evaporative cooler, which had unexpectedly stopped cooling. He put us on todays schedule for prompt assistance. He also suggested an easy fix that had not occurred to me. Happily, his idea worked, and I was able to call back and cancel the service request. His attention to our problem relieved our stress and saved money for the *** service team. Thank you, ********

On the phone call, ******* resolved my immediate problem of no water and scheduled a next day appointment with the proper division of expert technicians to further investigate the probable cause. Her knowledge of different plumbing problems and her patience while I went through the steps she suggested got the water from the well running, and that is excellent customer service.

**** arrived after hours (he was running behind after a long, hot, busy day) after notifying me of the delay and completed half of the job before it got dark and followed up 2 days later to finish the remainder of the job with the needed parts. He was very thorough and professional. *** upgraded two evaporative coolers as part of my yearly maintenance plan at no charge. Both coolers are now working very well. I am very happy and satisfied with their service. Thank you ***!

I had TLC replace 16each under sink and toilet multi-turn angle stop shut off valves with new qtr turn style valves. ***** was fast and efficient. He had them all done in ~3.5hr by himself. This guy is a real professional and a credit to his profession. I would recommend *** to my family and friends for their plumbing needs. Ask for *****, he will come out and see the work needed and promptly reply with a written quote via email or text and follow up with scheduling. This guy actually shows at the time promised.
