After having a furnace and AC unit installed my son called the original installer to come and fix a sensor and they never showed or didn't answer the phone he called TLC and ******* showed up and diagnosed the problem. Come to find out the problem was because of something else that was not good and could've been a fire hazzard. So now the furnace is working good. I will call ******* again when I need something.

Great job as usual. They called before arriving (on time) . Went over *** proposed work and cost. Did the work quickly and efficiently. Ckeaned up and made sure all work was completed to my satisfaction..

Water bill alerted us to an undetected leak. Other companies required separate visits for leak detection and repair with significant wait times. TLC responded with same day care and managed both the leak detection and repair. Technicians were prompt, good communicators, thorough, and dedicated - staying until the job was complete and all issues resolved. Reasonable price for excellent service. Have used TLC several times and am consistently impressed and pleased with the results.

************** were very helpful in addressing a potential leak, based on water bills. It turned out to be incorrect reporting of meter readings. They confirmed no leaks and wrote a report for us to use to have our water bills corrected. They also assisted with repairing a couple of small items and made sure all plumbing fixtures are working properly. We have found all *** licensed plumbers to be competent tradespersons and excellent trouble-shooters. Customers for four decades.

**** was great! He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He instantly recognized the nature of the problem with the water heater and explained it to me in an understandable way as well as outlining what was needed to fix the problem and what it would cost. He double checked everything after the repair to make sure all was functioning properly. I truly appreciate his thoroughness and am confident that the repair was performed correctly and the problem he fixed will not recur.

I am so pleased with the job ***** from *** today. I thought we just had a leaky kitchen faucet, but it turns out it was very old, and had to be replaced! So he was on the job longer dnd harder than either of us expected, and he never complained. I will be us *** again, for sure.

**** did a wonderful job replacing our hot water heaters with a tankless heater. Very thorough and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions and worked very hard to make everything perfect.

Another good experience with ***. Completed the job on schedule, which was a combination of new work and customer care correction of older work. Usually perfect, but if the rare correction is required, they stand behind their projects without argument. Very pleased as a client.
