**** replaced a ballast and installed a new light in our shower. He was friendly and vey professional. He cleaned everything up when he was done. And he talked to us throughout the installation.

This company is incredibly thorough, while always offering options for addressing problems and getting additional information. I never feel pressured (except by myself, to make the best decision). I am not an expert on anything they work on, so I feel great relief thinking there is somewhere I can go to get assistance where they really do care about good outcomes, not just about how much profit is in it for them.
