They explain everything they do, as well as letting me know when there are other problems. There is never any pressure to do anything. 8/23/2025 need to add another AWESOME review for TLC and technician ***** **************** I had a leak in my furnace/water heater closet and thought it was coming from the ceiling. Come to find out it was the water heater expansion tank and ***** was able to diagnose and complete the replacement/repairs in no time. Very professional, thorough in his work and in explaining the process. Thank you!
