This is the tech you want to show up at your door! **** has been the most professional and courteous person I have interacted with at TLC. We had an AC issue during back to back 100+ degree days. We called on a Monday morning a little after 7 am, we were told someone would be out by 5 pm to address our AC issues. AC was rattling and becoming progressively louder over time. **** from TLC diagnosed the problem as a loose motor mounting bolt and a loose AC housing nut. He resolved the issues and dropped the decibel level about 15 points. Well done ****.

**** did a class act job for us in in the installation of the customer supplied kitchen sink. He was courteous and professional. Cleaned up after the job was completed.

On 6/21/24, after having no A/C for a week, **** and another technician, ****, were on-site for six hours, completing the installation of my A/C, that another contractor started. While on-site, they were very courteous and polite, and exhibited a high level of knowledge. My wife and I were very happy to have **** and **** on the job! Great job guys!
