We have used TLC for multiple properties for a multitude of reasons; turning on and getting one of the properties ready for the winter season. We have elderly renters in the home and they treated them so respectfully and helped them with their needs. We have also used them for another property that we were selling and they got the property ready per inspection code which entailed having a new water heater installed, placed within code specifications, address a plumping leak and remediation of said leak. These folks have done a LOT of work for me, from installing a new HVAC split system several years ago to small jobs like installing a new kitchen disposal unit two months ago, and just today - a new kitchen faucet.
