I was well satisfied with the work repair done on the tub faucets, that needed to be repaired twice. The technician plumber explained what had to be done, showed me the problem, and explained the process that had to be done, that I could understand.
******* was fantastic! I called TLC at 8:30 am and they came within two hours! They gave me call about 30 min before arrival and showed up right on time. ******* is honest, forthright and gets the job done Im a realtor and all of my clients speak highly of TLC. Ive used a number of plumber over the years but I only go to TLC now. They always send out competent people!

The leak locators and the repairmen fixing the leak were very expert in what they were doing. They clearly explained what was going on and what needed to be done. They were very courteous and did an outstanding job.
