Seriously the best experience I’ve had getting repairs done on my home. I found my water heater leaking and called numerous companies. TLC was the only company that could get to my house the same day. Rudy came out and was so nice and knowledgeable. I was in panic mode about the whole situation and having to replace the water heater. He explained all my options and helped me make a good decision about replacement. Mr. Apachito was very professional and did a great job explaining the issues with our two heaters which register high amounts of CO. We had to replace both. He contacted his boss explained the issue and we had two new units that afternoon and Mr. Apachito began installing them. We were so happy to have heat for night.

If you have a plumbing problem that requires replacing and repairing pipes, ask for Travis J**** – you will be glad you did. Travis is a master plumber; he definitely knows his stuff and is great at explaining both the problem and what needs to be done. There were no surprises, the job went as he described and, all the while we felt that Travis was watching out for us. In two decadesI have always had an excellent experience. I had some serious HVAC and electrical work done today and it’s perfect. It’s really great when you have all your plumbing, heating, electrical etc. all in one business. Would you consider anyone else and you shouldn’t either!

James C. was our technician today - he did an outstanding job. James performed our HVAC winterizing last week and at that time, recommended we upgrade our filter system. He would have installed it that day, but our size was not in stock. He kept me apprised re the arrival of our correct size - scheduled the installation and just completed the job in minutes.
