ONLY LASTED 10 DAYS - WASTE OF MONEY I ordered this toner for our medical office on 3/20/17 and received it here in our office on 3/23/17 - We replaced the toner unit and print an average of 40-45 pages a day, and we are already being prompted to replace the toner unit. The stats on this product state it has an expected 12,000 page life - Even if our office printed 100 pages a day, there are only 10 business days between the time we replaced the unit and today, which would account for 1000 pages, not 12,000 - For the price w... read more
I thought I was buying the best toner cartridge I thought I was buying the best toner cartridge, but I am so disappointed. After only 1 month of light use, it is already "low on toner" and print quality is very poor. I was sold a bad unit!! BTW, I was not able to return the unit because I waited to long to open it and begin using it. However, Amazon Customer service offered me a 20% credit which makes me think highly of Amazon, but not Brother Toner Cartridge.

Truth in advertising... NOT Don't plan on getting the "8,000 Page approximate toner cartridge yield" out of these... I've gone through 2 of them now and get an average of 6,600 pages. The cartridges work fine (that's why I gave them 2 stars), but a little "truth in advertising" would have given them a better rating and a satisfied customer (of which, I'm not). When this thing dies, I'll go back to HP (not that they're much better).
Good value for money - 6300 pages for $84 of toner I got 6280 pages and 16 months from my last TN750 cartridge from Amazon in my Brother HL-5470DW, including 500 pages printed acceptably in the "low toner warning" state (TN 750 is rated for approx 8000 pages per ISO/IEC 19752). That's good value for money at 1.33c/page of toner compared to our Canon multifunction with 104 cartridge. The Brother printer has been great for the 2 year I've owned it.
