You zapped me with a 35% restocking fee on my previous order. I ordered the item based on what your salesperson told me. He misinformed me. It was NOT made in the USA as he said it was. I should not be charged for your mistake.
you sent me the wrong part, and then you won't send a pickup to get the wrong part and send the new parts, I ordered 2 front spoilers, still have not received what I ordered!! when should I expect MY order?
My order took a month to receive, when I received it all the parts were not there, and I have now been trying to return this item for over another month and cannot seem to get my RMA completed at your end. Horrible experience, at this point I will never order from you again. I am in the middle of a build and thought I would use you and now I'm being held up.
Order shipped late. When it was delivered, the 3 filters I bought were all thrown in a box together with no packing so the banged off each other all the way here. I sent photos and never received an acknowledgement.
Make sure instructions are included with every item you sell. Have people in your customer service dept knowledgeable about the products you sell or know where to obtain information for your customers.
I made an order. I immediately cancelled it and contacted directly to make sure the order was cancelled. They individual said they would cancel it. 3 days later the item was mailed and now you say you could not cancel it. However, 3 days occurred between the cancellation and when it was shipped so I do not see how it could not be cancelled other than the request was ignored. I installed the product and it didn’t work. I asked for a refund and was turned down. I just threw 215.00 in the trash.
i did receive the part i ordered however one of the mufflers was missing in the package. After a lengthy e mail and photo correspondence i was told that i would be receiving the missing part from the manufacturer and i am still waiting?
