I have a 2013 Grand Sport I opened up the page with the C6 items called to place a order when the order confirmation arrived in my in box the part number was wrong I notified your sales immediately and was told that the order could not be cancelled I tried to get it changed to the right part number and they refused then said there would be a 30% restocking charge so no I have a C7 spoiler that wont fit my car and they wont take it back. I ordered a dashboard cover and also order floor mats for my Stingray Corvette. I received the dashboard cover and I haven't received the full mass as of yet I spoke with the customer service person and she keep giving me the runaround and saying I need to track the shipping from UPS. You sent the wrong parts. Then you said you could not get the right set. Then it cost me $20.00 to send the wrong part back to you. Then I had to call 3 more times and email that I did not want a "store credit". And I have not received my check or credit on my card. Emailing a return label for your mistake would have been the right thing to do. You better not charge a restocking fee .Your showed the part I needed when I ordered but is no longer shown. Now you know why I am not happy.
Received incorrect product. Even though it was the fault of Corvette Mods, was told they would have to review my complaint to decide if it warrenteed an exchange or not. When decision was made that it warrented an exchange, I had to pay the postage to make the return. I received the correct product. But product was NOT as advertised. It was advertised as chrome. The product I received was aluminum or some other metal and did not have needed o-rings in them.

I recieved my gas sending unit and the fuel pump. The wrong fuel pump was shipped and i talked with in technical service and customer service and neither one could help.
You zapped me with a 35% restocking fee on my previous order. I ordered the item based on what your salesperson told me. He misinformed me. It was NOT made in the USA as he said it was. I should not be charged for your mistake.
