the underwood LED was lack-luster and didn't work with the shut off feature. Everything else was fine. I'd order from you again but that one product was sub-standard
Our experience has been a text book case of how not to run a business. Product did not meet expectations. Domed Letters did not adhere to dash as advertised.
Ordered the eagle eye taillights for my c6 and opted for the tinted version. When I received them expecting the lenses to be tinted,like others are offering them, I was very disappointed. You sent me cheap pieces of plastic to tape to the lenses. Your competition has the lenses professionally tinted for the same price. I am literally sick to my stomach with what I received. Between my dad and I, we had 5 orders. Every order was screwed up. The part either did not fit a 1980 C3 correctly (even though the Corvette is stock and the listing showed it was THE part). On one order, I ordered chrome hood springs, and received a shifter knob. Called them, they said send pictures. This was last week, never heard back. STAY AWAY! Shop elsewhere! Horrible customer service.
I ordered a car cover, paid for it, and it has never been delivered. I am waiting for a refund or the product to be shipped.
Ordered chrome lug nuts for our C5, they came loose in a bubble bag. No mfg. info, no material composition info. Now let’s see how much of a hassle you guys give us returning the product.
The spoiler will not fit my tail light assembly A better explanation on how both my purchases get installed and what is needed to install would have helped in the decision of my purchase. I would like to return both but have no idea how per your web sight.
