Ordered the eagle eye taillights for my c6 and opted for the tinted version. When I received them expecting the lenses to be tinted,like others are offering them, I was very disappointed. You sent me cheap pieces of plastic to tape to the lenses. Your competition has the lenses professionally tinted for the same price. I am literally sick to my stomach with what I received. Between my dad and I, we had 5 orders. Every order was screwed up. The part either did not fit a 1980 C3 correctly (even though the Corvette is stock and the listing showed it was THE part). On one order, I ordered chrome hood springs, and received a shifter knob. Called them, they said send pictures. This was last week, never heard back. STAY AWAY! Shop elsewhere! Horrible customer service.
I ordered a car cover, paid for it, and it has never been delivered. I am waiting for a refund or the product to be shipped.
Ordered chrome lug nuts for our C5, they came loose in a bubble bag. No mfg. info, no material composition info. Now let’s see how much of a hassle you guys give us returning the product.
The spoiler will not fit my tail light assembly A better explanation on how both my purchases get installed and what is needed to install would have helped in the decision of my purchase. I would like to return both but have no idea how per your web sight.
The product was of bad quality. And you have to jump through to many hoops to return merchandise or get a refund. Very bad customer service!!! Have no respect for customer satisfaction!!! I bought and paid for my item within 30 seconds.. After 8 days I messaged y'all and asked where my product was within 2 days the wrong product was sent, I then again contacted you and was told to send pictures of the box the labeling the product inside so I did, then I had to drive to town to send the product back, I then messaged you to get my product, I was told that I had to wait until you received the returned product, my product should have beensent as soon as you realized your mistake, after several attempts to get ass... read more
