You had a shipping issue with my order and would tell me every time I called (6 times) that you would look into it and contact me with an update. Never once did I get contacted. I had to call back to get my update just to get the same stupid excuse.
corvette mods has owed me over $300 on a refund for over a year. still do not have my refund after many emails. I am going to send a registered letter to their CEO and then if no response I plan on taking them to court. There are many places to purchase parts for corvettes and Corvette Mods is the worst.
Took too long for you to send my item through your website. But prior to that. I've order something from you through ebay and i received it super fast. Maybe you're on point through ebay. Because don't want to loose them. Next time i order ftom you. It will be through Ebay. Other then that you have awesome merchandise

STAY AWAY FROM CORVETTE MODS. RUN AWAY. I placed a $78 order online and within 12 hours I decided to cancel the order. Cancelled order online and called “customer service”. Numerous stupid calls and emails with them. They shipped anyway. I refused the package through the UPS website. More stupid emails and calls with them. They received the returned items weeks ago. As of today THIRTY-FOUR (34) DAYS LATER AND STILL NO REFUND!
My boyfriend ordered an exhaust. It took a month to ship. Customer service was inefficient and unavailable. I won't order from corvette mods again.
You sold me Sharpie paint pens and advertise them as Tire pens which they are not as I went to apply the red pen to the tire it turned pink because it wasn't meant to be put on tires
The good: The leather wrapped dashboard parts I ordered were good quality. The customer service rep who took my order was polite. The bad: Very poor protection for dashboard parts, I was shocked they weren't damaged in shipping. The worst: I ordered a console cover - it's clearly shown on the website to be a fitted cover for the CENTER CONSOLE. I received a seat cover - totally different item, and not what I ordered. There was a hole missing on each piece of the rear wing spoiler that I purchased along with 2 screws. I contacted them to inform them and I was send a link to purchase more screws. Unbelievable.
