I ordered corvette mats with the Snap Caps. Though clips work, I would've preferred the snap caps.

Received a part that was labeled wrong, I called several times to customer service, left our number for someone to call back, never received a call back. I then called an spoke to the order phone line an i was switched over to the customer service dept.. Was told they would get in touch with the company that they received the item from. I even sent them a scan of the item so that they could see the problem. We ordered the blackout kit- molded acrylic taillight for our 2016 Corvette Z06 project car. The inner right passenger side lens cracked when it was installed. The other 3 lens went in with no problem. The blackout lens are intended for a project car for Corvette Web Magazine. For a start I have a 2013 C6, which is what I selected while looking for parts. I was getting it ready for a local car show for charity and trying to dress it up a bit. I bought 2 things ... caliper covers and brake rotor hub covers. The caliper covers will well worth the install and the $$. The rotor covers however were not. Your website places rotor covers for 97-2004 on the 2005-2013 page, which I did not catch until after the shipment was made. To add insult to injury ... Am not happy with the products that I received. Cheap crap.. Will not ever put this on my corvette nor is it the correct part , I just wasted 200.00 dollars. You are nothing more than a eBay reseller.

I ordered a $150.00 spoiler for my 2009 Vette . Didn't fit properly and I prompley put it back in box to return it . However Corvette mods will not take returns .Called E bay ,Corvette Mods , and Pay Pal ' After pay Pal stepped in I guess Corvette Mods will take it back . I was unhappy about the whole affair . I did not see in the ad they accept no returns . What a way to run a business ! If the item is not damaged in any way what is the harm in returns ? Thanks Dale

I placed an order on Aug. 15th. The next morning Aug. 16th I TRIED cancel the order. You seem unable to stop an order even within 24 hours and even when the order has shipped. I "refused" the UPS package online. It was returned to you. A dozen emails later here we are a month later... still no refund. AutoZone, Amazon, eBay… are a bit easier to work with. Okay, not a bit easier. 1000% easier.
