I tried using them for almost a year. I did get a single customer out of this. then canceled with them a few months ago and now the website is paid them to help build is gone too. This company and the people scammed me. Now that I've looked into them I see they did the same to practically all their customers.
I would truly give this FRAUDULENT company negative 5 stars if I could. Stay away from these peoole. They will steal your small business' hard earned money. They do NOT deliver what they claim; its all just rehearsed speeches that sound promising. They dont return phone calls or texts once theyve "got you". Especially avoid working with JC, ***** or *****.
Townsquare contacted me to start doing some advertising for my business. Everything seemed fine, so I told them lets give it a shot. Signed up with them, and then did some research on the company. Bunch of negative reviews on ****** and BBB. I called back BEFORE my onboarding and told them I wasnt interested in moving forward with them. They charged me $500 anyways for doing absolutely nothing for me or my business. These people do not care about you. They do not care about your business.
**** + TERRIBLE COMPANY = THEIVES - They will shut down your website and threaten to send your account to collections if you express your unhappiness with their service.If I could give zero stars, I would. RUN AWAY from their predatory salesman calls preying on vulnerable small businesses. I regret giving townsquare the opportunity to help my online presence. They under delivered on their promises and communication dropped off steeply after initial months.
This company does not follow through with their promises. Do not transfer anything you have ownership of (especially a web domain) to this company. They will take it and not deliver what they say they will.This company will hound you until you give them money and then they will ghost you. I would not recommend this company!

They took my money, lied to me about there were no contracts and no credit card processing fees. Then when I tried to cancel they completely ignored me and won't return my phone calls or emails. I want my $500 back!
