RUN AWAY from their predatory salesman calls preying on vulnerable small businesses. I regret giving townsquare the opportunity to help my online presence. They under delivered on their promises and communication dropped off steeply after initial months.
This company does not follow through with their promises. Do not transfer anything you have ownership of (especially a web domain) to this company. They will take it and not deliver what they say they will.This company will hound you until you give them money and then they will ghost you. I would not recommend this company!

I gave Townsquare about 4 months to perform and they did absolutely nothing . They took my money, lied to me about there were no contracts and no credit card processing fees. Then when I tried to cancel they completely ignored me and won't return my phone calls or emails. I want my $500 back!

Stay away from this company. The 5-star reviews you are seeing have to be fake. Dont be fooled. They are sneaky and will rake as much money as they can out of you. I was naive and didnt research this company before going with them.
I've never had such an unprofessional experience with a company before. Their overall service is a scam and they provide ads that are inaccurate, they have no SEO skills, they completely downed my companies ****** rating and refused to take accountability for any of it. Charged for services that we paid for. Paid for and gave them 1 year to perform. Upon cancellation, was given such a hard time by *******. Paid in full and Town Square refused to cancel and release our directory listings. Was told listings would be released immediately upon cancellation. Nightmare to deal with! stay AWAY!
