This company is a bunch of crooks.. They stole $694.00 from my account without my permission or my consent and when I tried to contact them they gave me the run around and hung up on me. Stay away from this company. The 5-star reviews you are seeing have to be fake. Dont be fooled. They are sneaky and will rake as much money as they can out of you. I was naive and didnt research this company before going with them.
I've never had such an unprofessional experience with a company before. Their overall service is a scam and they provide ads that are inaccurate, they have no SEO skills, they completely downed my companies ****** rating and refused to take accountability for any of it. Charged for services that we paid for. Paid for and gave them 1 year to perform. Upon cancellation, was given such a hard time by *******. Paid in full and Town Square refused to cancel and release our directory listings. Was told listings would be released immediately upon cancellation. Nightmare to deal with! stay AWAY!
They reached out to me to see if they could advertise for my company. For what they had to offer, and for the price I could get it at I wasn't interested. Their sale team, is rude and more interested in getting offended that I don't want to work with them, instead of moving on to someone else to try and get a sale. It should be no harm, no foul. It's business.
All people that work at Townsquare Interactive are part of a BIG SCAM. They were sucking $200 a month for 6 months from my credit card for a website that even a 13 year old teenager can build. I hope they get sued and punished.
**** BE ****!!! Snakes!! I have been with them for over 2 years. They made changes to my website over a year ago and did not have ****** index the changes causing my listing to fall way behind. I paid for one month and they did nothing my representative did not answer my calls after they sold me and every time I wanted to try get in contact I needed to go through customer service and they emailed her to call me back. My website was not up my first month as I was told it would be up and I called to cancel and the person on the other side tried to sell me and tell me to stay with town square they would only charge me $200 for the next month since they already created the website they just never launched it I said no ... read more

They stole money from my business. We called ahead and canceled our subscription, but they still charged us for next month. I called them 1 day later after it was charged I had to go to customer service and bunch of hastle for the guy to tell me he will get back with me and never did. I called them again and now they dont want to refund our money and they havent worked on our website because they know we canceled .
