I signed with this company to have a website made. After reading all the negative reviews like ones below and those on ******* Less than 24 hours later before my initial on boarding meeting I decided not to move forward. I spoke with accounting department and was told I didn't have to do anything on my end. I wouldn't be charged. Was the worst company I've ever worked for I bought my website from them then when I stop using them they took my website that was supposed to be my domain I didn't get one lead and 8 months I paid them they said 90 days 6 months total waste of money do not give this company your money

Hello ****, Our company does not refuse to cancel services. We are a no-contract company, and our customers are free to cancel their account at any point in time. We just ask it is at least 24-hours prior to the next billing cycle to avoid you getting billed.
This entire industry is loaded with charlatans and money grubbing dirt clods. I have been at this since October of 2021 with zero success. I have been with Townsquare since April 4, 2023.

This company did more to degrade my business than build it I was sold a package that was going to put me to the forefront for $400 per month compared to the $40 I originally paid I moved from first to 14th on ****** (was told I would be in top 3 with free updates and service. Found out there's no one to take your call and no return calls on issues to be resolved. This company has been a huge degrade to my business I've lost sales that I can't even calculate. I strongly recommend staying away.

I worked for this company and their motto is, Give Sh*t. Are they honestly giving a sh*t or is all business? I gave my 2 week notice and my last day shouldve been the 30th, but they let me go yesterday. All the reviews are correct. This is a scam! $649 and I have nothing. I was told by the resolution team a member of management would reach out to discuss my case. I have not been contacted. After 2 weeks and $300 they gave me a website that looks like a 14 year old made it to impress his parents in 2 hours with toddler level grammar. I am not a computer genius in the slightest and made a much better looking website, fully functional for my roadside business in 2 days, not 2 weeks, 2 days. And the account resolutions specialists were nothing but rude, demeaning, and condescending during the entire conversation. The individuals that worked on my campaign were inept and caused my business harm. They lied to me over and over again and had the audacity of blaming me for the slip in my ****** rankings. Recently their customer account resolution agent told me he would call me I'm an jour with potential resolution to their failure. No phone call. Lots of promises but no results.
