very expressive service never going back again.
They push you real hard into the car they want you to buy, don’t listen well to what your budget is and come back with you at double your budget. They play the haggle game for hours...you really have to be willing to walk away to get them down to anything close to what you want. Even at that I ended up walking away. It was an exhausting experience working with them. Very typical of a dealership. Go somewhere where the the price is the price - Tanya
I got a letter about some recall I was gonna ignore it. I decided to take it in see what the big deal was. After they go threw the truck they tell me the truck is not safe to drive for exactly what the recall was for. I am later told that it's not covered because the recall expired in feb 1 2019 but than it was extended to 2017. My question is how do you extend something to a prior date?? They told me that in the east cost it's a recall. After I talk to another service advisor first one was Grant. second one was more helpful... read more
Update: I was contacted by Kevin Burton, the general manager, shortly after I gave my review. He agreed fully that my service experience was not up to their standards, and was very helpful on finding a solution. We came to an agreement on an option my truck wasn't equipped with, and fixing a paint scuff, as well as refunding the money that was missing. This time they were timely and professional throughout. The horrible experience I had with the Toyota of Kirkland service department. After the way I was treated, I would ur... read more
I called this morning to make an oil change appointment and she said they were wide open! I made an appt for 11. At 12:45 I asked for a status update and they hadn’t even started on it yet! It took 2.5 hours. I had taken my Sienna to be serviced here years ago and had a similar experience...now I am not sure why I decided to give them another chance. Extremely disappointed.
Test driving a car was fine but I put a deposit down so they would look for the car I wanted. I knew it would take while but I didn't expect radio silence on their end. A week went by with no word. Two weeks went by with no word. In between I went car shopping to look at a few others and visited Kia dealership that also has a lifetime warranty. They were amazing and I bought the car I wanted and got it 2 days later. I went in to TOK to tell them to stop looking for my car so they didn't waste any time (not that I was confid... read more
They're very nice to you at the time of buying, after all they're all rude. My 2013 Highlander had a problem almost 2 yrs ago the water pump broke at only 45 000 miles and so they fixed it under guarantee but didn't even bother to clean up all the mess from the water pump braking. I had to bring it back loosing more of my time, I'm currently looking to trade it in and I don't know if I want to go back there. Toyota in Everett has better customer service.

With a lease ending on my Ford Fusion in a week or I had been doing my homework on what I might do next. On the way to the Ford dealer I decided to take a look at the Toyota Camry after watching a 15 minute review of the XSE-V6 that really piqued my interest. Have owned many cars over the last 45+ years but never a Toyota. Well, barely 10 steps away from my car I encountered Luiggi M who I didn't even know was a saleman at the dealer. He just got out of a car with someone, I'm assuming it was a friend. He simply said hello... read more
