I’m glad that the Toyota dealer I got my Tacoma from has made it right for me when I had a problem. How they are handling this issue is totally unacceptable. Service held a buddy's truck for three months unable to fix the issue and then crashed it while test driving it. They say it's not their problem and refuse to compensate him other then giving him the KBB value (despite him paying for the last three months and not having it) and upselling him to a new truck. Completely despicable.

Cannot believe how this dealer treats their customers. Most definitely glad this is not the dealer in my area. Had my dealer crashed my truck, it would already have been at a body shop for repair before they called me. Completely unacceptable, they should be ashamed to call themselves a Toyota dealer.
Treat your customers better. I find it unacceptable.
Terrible customer service. Stay away at all costs.
