What a waste of a company. All they care about is profits and not the consumer at all. My buddy went in for a Toyota recall in his new truck. Recall was leaking rear differential. A month or so later, the vehicle was vibrating from the driveshaft. Driveshaft connects to rear diff. He waited awhile for the diag and repair work. Horrible service.....don’t even bother. If you do, make sure they don’t get in an accident with your vehicle, then refuse to take care of it.
Unable to perform service work up to Toyota’s standards and crash vehicles on test drives then refuse to pay for damage they caused.
