Crashing a customer vehicle and than not taking responsibility? Wasting their time and money. What a joke.
Avoid this dealer, will take months to do warranty work, then wreck your truck on the test drive and do nothing to compensate for it.
Horrible service.....don’t even bother. If you do, make sure they don’t get in an accident with your vehicle, then refuse to take care of it.
Service held a buddy's truck for three months unable to fix the issue and then crashed it while test driving it. They say it's not their problem and refuse to compensate him other then giving him the KBB trade in value (despite him paying for the last three months and not having it) and upselling him to a new truck. Completely despicable.
Wrecked my buddies truck on a test drive and are not doing anything to make it right!
