Just service. Excellent and fast. Very busy service department on a Monday AM but in and out in one hour. In and out in one hour on a busy Monday without appointment. Great service and car wash as well!
Friendly, easy, great communication! I contacted Toyota of Renton online and was impressed right away with the quality and timeliness of the communication from the sales people. Over the course of the several days it took me to make my new-car-purchase decision, I never felt pressured by the sales people (Toni and Ray). The process seemed quite transparent -- it doesn't always in this business -- and I appreciated not feeling rushed. I don't think buying a car could be any easier than it was here.

The most amazing dealership experience ever! One of my least favorite things to go through is the dealership experience when buying a new car. NOT HERE! Toyota of Renton is amazing! This is my 3rd or 4th purchase from them and I would never go anywhere else! Top of the line customer service unlike any other dealership I have visited. It was almost fun:) I highly recommend them.
