Easy and timely Got in with no hassles and work was done when they estimated and within quoted price. There facility is clean and the service team is friendly and courteous.
30K Service I was surprised I didn't need an appointment for this service. I just rolled in at 7 am, was met by the service rep, got my loaner and ran errands. Car was done before noon which made the rest of the day just as easy.
Customer When I got to the line, the Technician served me and he summarized what was needed to be done. I waited in the Waiting Room, and after 30 minutes, he recommended me for a new brake, and he gave me a Loaner Service that I can use so I did not have to wait long. He is awesome.
counselor Positive experience. Brought minivan in on Thurs. to evaluate a damaged driver side door handle for replacement. Part ordered the next morning, repair completed by mid-afternoon. I only have my Toyota serviced at TOR because of the excellent service I have received.
