Great service!! Had racks installed on my new highlander and the process was seamless - they called when the racks arrived and scheduling was simple. They even accommodated a last minute schedule change on my end. They didn’t have any loaner cars available at the time I had gone in but Thomas got me into an enterprise rental on them in no time so that I can return back home to help my son with remote learning. Fantastic customer service Fast and friendly staff. My service rep, Andrew, noticed the laminate coming off my rim and checked my warranty. He alerted me that the issue was covered by my warranty which was almost up. Thank goodness for his keen eye and service. He saved me $800 ! I love this location and they really look out for their customers. Thank you!

Positive experience James was great-easy to work with and so willing to accommodate me. I never felt rushed and he was not at all pushy. He’s obviously an exemplary young man.
Toyota I was helped by specialist, Henry Perez. He did a great job of helping me out and being quick and efficient. And went even further by helping me with an underlying issue with my vehicle.
