Maintenance Service Excellent service. I trust the service compared to other places I went in past years. The service has consistently been good and agents very courteous.
Preventive Maintenance I’ve purchased cars since this dealer was Loberg Toyota to Sound Toyota to Bridge Toyota and now apart of the O’Brien umbrella which my step mom purchased her first ever Lexus under the O’Brien umbrella.
Excellent advice and service I had numerous electrical faults caused by rodent damage; $5000 damage. Stephen P. recommended calling my insurance company. Glad I did. Fully covered by comprehensive insurance with $100 deductible. And the work was done quickly and professionally.
Oil Change and battery check Jimmy was very pleasing and accommodating from start to finish. He customer service skills was excellent. I would highly recommend this facility to my friends and family.

Repair service Manager Matt was great helping with diagnosis and process first stop in. I dropped truck off the next day. service advisor Henry was fantastic thru whole process - loaner car, status updates, pricing, etc.
Oil change I got a loaner car because my car had a recall. It made my work day go much smoother. They were friendly and the whole process was easy.
