We’re in New York City for a play and book your restaurant for dinner afterwards. Food and service was outstanding!!! Because everything is à la carte, it can get a little pricy, but overall very nice!

Dining out is not inexpensive anymore, so one does it to have a full restaurant experience. I have been a big fan of the restaurant since we have season tickets to Carnegie Hall- and are fans of your sister restaurants. The ambiance that night was really disappointing. I’ve dined here many times before- and there was always such great energy, but was disappointed to be seated in the last booth in the restaurant (back room), when there were plenty of empty tables in the front. We always have a wonderful dining experience with our family here. Jay is a terrific server who remembered us from past visits. He was particularly good with our grandson Hunter. He made him feel comfortable. We look forward to seeing Jay the next time we have a family dinner there!!!!

In the past, we have eaten at Trattoria del Arte many times, but not recently. Friends visiting from Chicago prompted us to book this past Friday evening, and the evening brought back many fond memories. We will be returning more often.
