We came here on recommendation from friends but were very underwhelmed. I think this Trattoria used to be good, but we didn’t think it was. Our food came out within a few minutes of ordering — as if it was already cooked and just waiting. (Veal piccata can’t be prepared in 3 minutes.) crowded seating and just overall meh.
Such a lovely dinner out before seeing Masquerade. Loved our food, the wait staff was fun and kind. Can’t wait to come back!
First time in NYC and stumbled upon the Trattoria. The food was amazing. We will definitely come back

This was our second visit to Trattoria dell'Arte. As before, the service was impeccable. Trying different main dishes this time - the lobster spaghetti carbonara & the 101-layer lasagna - we weren't disappointed. Appetizers, drinks, and desserts were equally outstanding.

Dining at Trattoria Dell’ Arte has been our tradition when visiting NY for over 25 years. We have occasion to visit at heady 4-5 times a year and this is always one of our dining choices. We absolutely love this wonderful restaurant. The service is exceptional and the food never disappoints. This visit we were celebrating a double birthday. Early dinner Sunday evening. Friendly staff from beginning to end. Freshly baked garlic bread was top notch. Entrees where excellent.
