I have been to Trattoria Dell’Arte since 35 years ago and I love it so much that still coming back every time I am back to NY. But this time I was very desappointed. The menu option was very restricted, the service was poor and the food was just ok..

The food was good but nothing special and quite pricey. I liked the deco of the restaurant but it was very noisy due to crowds and acoustics.

Ahead of evening at Carnegie Hall, this was a wonderful location and restaurant. Place has a nice 'buzz' - not too loud but vibrant. Service was fantastic from Maitre'd to table service. Food was served on a very timely basis. Drinks and dessert topped off a wonderful meal. We will keep this on a list of places to return to when in NYC.
