Maybe the most generous gesture a local business (other than a non-profit) has ever made here is happening at Tree of Life - they give a huge donation from their proceeds toward charities which assist disabled children, the homeless, veterans, unemployment assistance, teen suicide reduction, racial justice, and food for the hungry. Five or ten percent would have been amazing, but these folks donate 70% of their profits to charity. 70%? Dayamn! If you enjoy paying top dollar for garbage that should have been composted during the Obama administration, then this is your spot. The product I was sold was a pathetic, fossilized relic, roughly TWO YEARS OLD. It didn't belong in my hand; it belonged under a glass case in a historical exhibit labeled 'Things People Should Never Try to Smoke.' I have always loved doing business with Tree of Life, until today. At 5:22 PM I placed a delivery order. Somehow the tracking disappeared from the app and a few hours went by. I called and spoke to a clerk who assured me the delivery would be this evening. I checked my phone and the order had been cancelled. So I called and was told they had no delivery people available. Checked in to my pick up spot. Took over 15 mins to greet me. Then decided to take a pick up order that arrived way after me. No apologies from the clerk; the poor rating this dispensary is not surprising.

This was my first time visiting Tree of Life Dispensary, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I purchased a vape device that turned out to be defective just two days later. When I came back to the store expecting a simple exchange or some kind of resolution, I was told they wouldn't replace it. No support, no accountability -- just a flat refusal to help. Disappointing Experience Due to False Advertising I recently ordered from Tree of Life with high hopes after seeing their enticing advertisements promising "premium quality" products at unbeatable prices. Dont shop here if you are disabled and drive. The parking is crap and if you park in one of their 2 pathetic curbside slots to complete your online purchase you will be banned from the store. The staff are rude and unsympathetic.
