Denise is awesome ! She is very good at her job! Attention to detail and works well with her clients. She bends over backwards to help any way she can and does everything she can to get you the best rates! I recommend her all the time to anyone I know that wants to purchase a house. I have worked with her twice, to purchase and to refinance!

This was an extremely professional and seamless process. Allen and Debra made the process move along in an orderly manner. The rates were better than anything I could find locally. They kept us informed during the whole process and the notary came to us to execute the paperwork. They have an impressive virtual process down pat. It is worth your time checking them out.

I refinanced my home mortgage with Triumph bank. I got best rate of interest compare to all other lenders. I worked with Allen and Laura were very helpful, and they were responding all questions I had very quickly. Allen is very quick responsive in all questions we ask. Overall, an experience is very good.

I have refinanced with Triumph Bank twice now, and both times worked with Corey Chafin. He is always fast to respond, very clear with next steps (love the new videos to explain the behind-the-scenes processes!), and handles the entire process professionally. Laura Echtenkamp was the processor this time and was friendly, also very fast with responses, and helpful with any questions. I highly recommend working with them!

I called many banks and I found Triumph to have the best 15 yr rate. Even during holidays Allen was answering his cell phone and replying my emails. It took approximately 3 weeks to go through all paper works and documents and to sign everything on closing date. We were moving to Illinois and found new jobs. So when we applied for this loan we have to show our future job contracts.
