Corey was great. My situation was a bit complicated due to multiple properties and bonus income. Corey did a great job working through the details with me and helping me find the best rate around. He made it very easy to get pre-approved and then got to work for final approval as soon as my offer was accepted.

Chase and Morgan from the Triumph team were very professional, friendly, and responded quickly to any questions I had of them. The Triumph team was fantastic. Also, their online systems allowed them to pull in most of my information electronically instead of me having to scan and send in pages and pages of documents, which was a great convenience for me! I highly recommend Triumph, and if I have an opportunity to use them again, I definitely would.

My Loan Officer Ryan was simply awesome! He was extremely personable and the process from beginning to end didnt seem like another transaction. It felt as if we were in a partnership and he always had my best interest at the heart of this daunting ordeal of purchasing a home in another state. I absolutely recommend Ryan and his team if you are looking to buy in Tennessee!

I enjoyed working with Corey and Holli. Their system was very easy to upload documents and link accounts. There was very little need to scan and email. Both Corey and Holli were very responsive and quick to return my calls.

Dustin and Rebecca did a fantastic job for us. By far the best rate, no fees or hidden fees. Closed on time as scheduled. Even with some credit challenges they were able to approve the loan.

I have worked with other lenders in my past home purchases, and my experience with Triumph mortgage has been by far the best. Dustin King was wonderful, super responsive, and was extremely helpful throughout the process. This, coupled with the low interest rate and no lender related costs, make Triumph stands out as superior relative to competitors. I will highly recommend anyone to work with Triumph and Dustin King.
