We had the pleasure of working with Corey Chafin. He provided us with exceptional service. He always answered his phone including after hours and including on Thanksgiving. Triumph offered us a rate of 3.5% which was a 1/2 of a percent less than several local companies. Their overall cost was $2200 less than local companies. The loan was closed in 3 weeks. I worked with Allen Hagy to secure financing for our second home. I shopped around with 10 different lenders. The "local lender" my realtor recommended would have been 3K more expensive and the best they could do for interest rate was 0.5% higher than what Triumph was able to get us. The big bank lender was able to meet the fees but couldn't get us close to the rate Triumph was able to without buying points. Allen and Paige were incredible. I was shopping in late August and Allen offered me the absolutely best deal among handful of lenders. Allen customized the quote to fit my need of low rate and enough lender's credit to off set most of the fees. Less than 4 weeks from initial contact to closing. Requested documentations were all reasonable and their system was slick to upload. I'll do it again whenever rates go lower. Highly recommended!

Corey was awesome and easy for the second time. We did are original mortgage with him in December. Sitting at work one day and get an email with an opportunity to save a few hundred a month on a refi. He reached out to me and helped me save money. Just like the last time it was super easy and quick. Rates are lower than anyone else. I have told everyone I know to use Triumph

Chase Newell and team are outstanding on my case. Specially when there was issues just 4 days before closing. They did extended job to resolve the problem. And worked til late night to ensure it is all cleared out. And funding is quicker than all the other companies I have seen. Great rates and low costs. Thank you all so much.
