We cannot say enough about the quality of service we received from Ryan Guess. He texted or called us back at all hours of the day answering even the littlest of questions. He explained everything very well and left us feeling very comfortable. His guidance through the home buying process was invaluable. We are very thankful for the time that he put in to help us.

I found Triumph Bank through Bankrate.com and decided to give them a try because of the low interest rate and fees. It almost sounded too good to be true. As a matter of fact, different lenders told me "good luck as I wouldn't be able to close in less than 30 days and that the rates were too low - something was going to be fishy."
