Dustin is awesome! Always readily available to answer questions and offer support throughout the process. Working with Triumph Bank - particularly with Chase Newell & Morgan Carson was a great experience. Buying a home is a stressful process and choosing the right lender is an important decision. It usually seems that you need a local lender to get your mortgage. It is unclear exactly why. Because you can see them? I have taken a mortgage with a local lender before, but the whole transaction has been completed without me meeting my mortgage originator in person. So I do not see why this is important. This mortgage company offered the lowest interest rate with zero fees. All the other banks didn't come close. The mortgage loan process went very smoothly. Dustin and Rebecca were both helpful and easy to communicate with the entire time. Would definitely do business again if needed and will recommend to others.
First time I’ve purchased a home not using a traditional local bank or lender and was very happy with the service. I was impressed with Tony Hill’s knowledge of the process and his incite on how to get the best rates. I did a lot of shopping for rates and Mr Hill gave me this best rate and in the end we saved a lot of money. I would recommend Mr Hill to everyone. Very happy with our experience.
I would definitely recommend using Triumph for a home loan. I was a first time homebuyer and Dustin was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process and helping me know what to expect. Additionally I was using a VA home loan benefit so he helped me understand how that worked as well.
