My wife and I are very happy that we had found Triumph Bank while shopping for mortgages online. Their rates where the best around! I just want to say we had a pleasant and professional experience refinancing our mortgage through Triumph Bank Mortgage. Let me set the tone here, I had dealt with at least 5 other mortgage refinance lenders and I was pretty feed up with the long drag you through the re-finance lingo just to be told you have one more underwriting issue so they would need to change the loan terms to either adjust the rate or increase the out of pocket cost or just can’t move forward. So many people will make the pitch for a "local" mortgage lender to help in closing to make sure they "close on time" they talk about responsiveness and service and how online or remote lenders are "risky"... it's a scary concept when buying a first home and not knowing what to really expect it's something that makes you uneasy. Had a broker that I had used for many transactions and via an on line search Triumph advertised a better rate. Filled in the on line form, received a call from a very professional broker named Chase Newell. Chase "held my hand" through the process and pushed me when I needed a nudge. All closed on time and the house is now mine!

I highly recommend using Triumph. The process was clear and simple, timelines were communicated and met and rates/fees were by far the lowest. I was at first hesitant to use an online lender given the feedback I received from my real estate broker, but the process was excellent and seamless. Loved the electronic communications and Danesha was great - EXTREMELY responsive and communicative throughout the process. Excellent services by Corey, He was very prompt in responding email/questions. I am first time home buyer and had no idea about mortgage process but Corey and Holli did a great job throughout mortgage process and closed on time with low interest rate. They did handle last minute hurdle of new credit line very well. I would definitely recommend Triumph Mortgage.
