I really amazed how the loan process was followed. Mortgage portal is easy to use and reliable to send documents securely. Triumph bank worked with credit reporting companies to validate info and fix the discrepancies. I started application around 1st week of Nov 2018. I called Danesha and told her I need to close on a house in 16 business days. Not only did she meet that date, but she also offered the lowest closing cost and the lowest interest rate. My agent has been in the business for over 20 years and she said she has never seen anything like this before. Tony Hill and his team were fantastic. Buying a home is filled with headaches, and the mortgage process, specifically, can be a bear, but working with Triumph made is by far the easiest, most stress-free part of the experience. From start to finish, I was extremely pleased with the service Chase Newell and Morgan Carson provided and very early on I knew I had made the right choice going with Triumph for my mortgage. I got a phone call from Chase shortly after completing the online application and that day I locked in my low rate. I had got a few quotes and Triumph was easily 0.5% lower than the best rates I was offered.
