after the closing is done; there is no response, they collected insurance money on closing and not passed on to next re-seller.. after which i have written 5+ emails and there has been no response for past month and no closure of the issue

Loan was originated through a local bank - the local banks service was good - but Triumph was awful and slow. Redundant requests for documentation they couldn't seem to keep up with - repeatedly had to resend the same documents. All the way to closing Triumph Mortgage couldn't get it together. No contact after closing. I had to contact them to find out when the first payment was due. Found out they immediately sold the mortgage to some other lender - no idea who that will be at this time. Closed ahead of schedule. Got most of the information the first request so not a lot of back and forth. Only things that would be nice would be getting more docs available for e-sign so we don't have to download, print, sign, scan, e-mail. Most docs are OK, but a few aren't available for the e-sign format.

We decided to go with Triumph bank due to their closing cost being cheaper than the other lenders we were going go with. I work with Tony Hill initially and he was able to provide estimate of payment and cash to close. He was prompt and very helpful. Once my loan was move to the next step of the processsing the communication fell below expectation and took longer to hear back from the lender than when I was deciding on working with them. For the love of all that is holy DO NOT use them as your lender. If I were to go through and list all the things that went wrong in my experience with them, this review would be 4 pages long. It's just crazy. My real estate agent said she had NEVER seen in 20 years any lender that dropped the ball in so many ways. We even closed 22 days after we originally were supposed to and EVEN then, we were sitting at the attorney's office HOPING that the paperwork was being sent over because we honestly had no idea if it was going to e... read more

Danesha knew our move/closing date, but did not move the process along to close on time. Caused much consternation and anxiety. On the other hand she honored the original rate despite the delays. She is quite personable.

Found their process relatively slow compared to past experience with other lenders and under par communication. Lack of customer centric service. Appears to have multiple people involved at different stages no single point of contact. Volume than quality.

My experience with Triumph was 100% positive. They went out of their way to accomplish my goals. You will not find nicer people and there is no way you'll get a better deal. They absolutely crushed it.
