I selected Triumph Bank due to their outstandingly low rates. I was skeptical about the service I would receive considering the low rates and the relatively few reviews for Triumph, but I decided to take a chance. It took almost 45 days to finalize our loan, but in the end, it all worked out. I've had six mortgages in my life, and this one took the most documentation and was the slowest to close. That said, the rate beat the competition, the staff was helpful and polite, and nobody tried anything sneaky (like some lenders will do when rates move the wrong direction on them).

Chase Newell, Christina Anderson and other team members did a great job to get us the lowest interest rate that no others were offering. We were first time home buyers and didn't have much knowledge of the lending process but Chase and Christina really helped us to prepare documents, guided us throughout the process and got us the loan on time. We are really happy and satisfied with their job and highly recommend them.

In one word I would describe TRIUMP and their staff as "Excellent".I worked with Chase Newell and Tara Wilson and they were the absolute best team I have ever worked with on any financing. They both were honest, upfront and most importantly very professional. I choose TRIUMPH after speaking to a few competitors that made me feel unsure and just couldn't get myself to trust them. Chase Newell and his team were very helpful and responsive. Our VA loan proved to be more complicated than a conventional loan but Chase was able to assist us with completing the loan and closing on our house.
