From top to bottom, Aaron Sledd and his team were a class act and will always come highly recommended by me. Normally you have to sacrifice great customer service in order to get low rates and fees, but that was not the case here. There were a couple bumps in the road due to some third parties in the transaction (which are inevitable in a mortgage transaction), but Aaron went to bat for us and took care of business. Do not waste your time checking in with other Banks, give Aaron a call and you will be in good hands.

Aaron provided Great service, responsive, available, rates were highly competitive, highly recommend. Did pre approval in less than 24 hours! although the documentation these days is time consuming to gather, he was patient and guided us through the process.

David and Triumph was recommended to me, and I was very pleased with the process. David was very responsive to our request, and he contacted us quickly when we were going through the application process. He was on vacation when I called, but he contacted me as soon as he returned.
