David Umstead and TRiumph Martgage worked very closely with us to secure a new mortage in a new city. They were very responsive to our questions and very knowledgable of any issues we might face in our new home and new city. They were extremely helpful during our entire moving process and accomodating to our ever changing schedules. I highly recommend this mortgage company for any of your mortage needs.

Triumph Bank was wonderful to deal with! Their interest rate was lower than anyone locally and the service level was fantastic. . . Well beyond what we expected. They kept us up to date regularly and were able to close quicker than we thought possible.

Great Service with a personal touch. That’s how I’d describe my experience with Triumph Bank. I’ve used them several times for mortgages on my personal and rental properties. My most recent experience was a refinance of our personal home. I couldn’t be more happy with the work they did. Even now, if I have a question about mortgages, I’m still able to reach out to them to get answers. I’m positive that if I need another mortgage, they will be the only people I turn too.

Our experience throughout the mortgage process w/ Triumph was stress-free and smooth and I would highly recommend their services to anyone purchasing or refinancing a home. We had several options for mortgage products and each was presented to us in a very clear form so we could easily make the best decision for our family and our needs.
