David is very easy to work with and makes the process of financing or re-financing as simple and easy as possible to understand and complete. Chase Newell is great. Prompt and responsive, not at all pushy. Offered a few rates with different lender credits to chose from to offset the closing costs, all of which were more competitive than any other lender. After rate shopping for a month, i knew immediately that this lender's rate and lender credit was a great one.
