I actually work for a bank and originally intended to finance my new mortgage through them, but wanted to at least shop the rate I was quoted. I knew it would be a hard sell to change because my bank gave me a nice credit towards closing costs. We had a very short timeline to get from offer to close. Ryan was on top of all data requests, and gave me the frequent follow up reminders I needed to keep the process going in the timely manner we needed to close on time.

I cannot say enough good things about Triumph and Tony Hill. My realtor was very leary about an online lender, but I took a leap of faith after talking to Tony and reading the reviews. The fact that they were giving me the best rate (and no fees) in the country (based on comments from other competing lenders), didn't hurt either. 30 days later, I was patting myself on the back for making the right decision. Was referred to Ryan by a friend. I had never heard of Triumph Bank. I am so glad I followed up and called Ryan. Ryan and his assistant Barb are great to work with. They truly compliment each other. Ryan is a fast no problem too big type guy. Barb is measured and methodical. Every concern or question I had was answered, Ryan even called me back while he was on vacation. This transaction was so smooth I began to think i was missing something important. It can be easy, just call Ryan. I was super happy with his work.

Chase Newell and Christina Anderson made the process enjoyable. Yes enjoyable. They helped me all the way. Everything they said they would do. They did. Any questions I had they addressed promptly. More importantly correctly. They locked my rate in and made sure I closed before there would be an extension fee. It was the smoothest mortgage process I ever had. Really. Chase at Triumph was very helpful and was available up to the very last minute with any questions or concerns we had. I would definitely recommend Triumph bank for home purchases.

I shopped around for rate for my new home purchase and Triumph Mortgage gave me the best rate. It turned out to be even better than the builder incentive with their preferred lenders. The end to end loan process was as smooth as it can get.
