I was relaxed in the room and I enjoyed walking around the hotel and casino The staff that took your bags were very ignorant Everything good food. Excellent area.

Great value for your money, one of best hotels in Atlantic City It’s a large resort and hard to navigate, it takes 2-3 days to learn your ways around and requires lot of walking to get from one end to another. We didn’t have a daily room cleaning, but only twice a week picked up trash and replaced towels. Excellent stay with excellent staff save for the check out gal. The check out staff. We waited in a line for nearly 45 minutes even though there were only four people ahead of us. Then, when we got to the front, the staff member helping us was dismissive, curt, and had not sympathy/empathy for us (we just wanted to apply our stay to our Ceasar's reward account but apparently could not as we booked through Bookings.com rather than directly - this was fine and we were disappointed when we learned, but the check out gal was str... read more
