Exceptional I was very happy with the room but the room originally purchased with Booking.com was in the older tower and Trop personnel recommended we would not be happy with that room and offered this great room. thank you

25th Wedding Anniversary Our room was upgraded to a JR suite but our view was taken away. When we got there it was late but no explanation as to why our room was changed once we checked in. We enjoyed our stay not an issue witj that but was looking forward to the view from the excecutive suite I booked. The comfort of the bed and the conveince of everything being available 247.

Gamble and leave Hotels are getting worse. Hidden forced cost of 28 dollars a day for some hidden cost and hotel guests have to pay 20 dollars a day for parking???? No 24 hour front desk. Crazy horrible. The property was clean. Like the refrigerator. The hotel tower is strangely far far away from the parking area. Big turnoff. No access to a microwave. The food at PF Chang was over sauce and horrible. Food everywhere in there lousy.
