Ok The room we stayed in the west tower room 4804 all day and night you hear constant banging noise I believe from the service elevator it was terrible couldn’t really relax also ice machine was broken. Room service the delivery lady was kind of rude I opened the door to receive the delivery and to sign the credit card receipt.
