Pleasant Our last night there we had a fire alarm alert at 3:00 in the morning with a mandatory evacuation. We exited the building down 48 flights of stairs at which point we were told. Oh sorry false alarm. Somebody pulled the fire alarm nowhere in our 48 flight. Descent anyone thought to let us know it was a false alarm . Very discouraging when we had a 6:00 a.m. Wake up for a flight out.. I love the convenient location to the event we were there for all the restaurants and accommodations.

Pleasant I was very disappointed with the altercation that occurred during my stay. My daughter was trampled on by the parents, and the security showed up afterward, but my daughter was traumatized by the orderal. We were going to stay an additional day but decided to leave once the incident occurred. The hotel was very accommodating and the staff was wonderful.
