I had a problem checking because I came a day later than my scheduled reservation and Expedia had cancelled my reservation even though I had paid for my reservation. The Hotel Guest Manager, Zaire was able navigate the Expedia online services and reinstate my reservation ! I was extremely happy with his courteous assistance! I also had a pleasant experience with another manager named Betsy that was very helpful!
